As a Deployment Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping healthcare organizations successfully deploy and optimize mission-critical software solutions that support life-saving technologies around the world. In this highly visible, customer-facing role, you'll lead software implementations from planning and architecture through deployment, training, and ongoing support while partnering with customers, sales, product management, and engineering teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist customers in deploying Terumo Blood and Cell Technology (TBCT) software products to meet their environment specifications.
- Scope implementation projects. Estimate effort and timeline to complete.
- Plan and manage implementation projects. Track milestone completion and project issues. Provide status reports to customers
- Lead formal training sessions on how to implement TBCT software products externally
- Support sessions on requirements definition and product architecture
- Implement customizations for TBCT software products
- Implement new implementation methodology and best practices for TBCT software installations
- Drive product improvement by providing customer and partner feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
- As necessary, assist Technical Support in troubleshooting customer issues and Quality Assurance in testing new product releases.
- Provide Technical assistance and sales support to TBCT sales team
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 Oracle support for customers and internal resources
- Provide Custom database query support
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise to TBCT customer base
- Liaise with staff at all levels of a client organization.
- Functional testing and debugging of objects, which may support domain functionality (i.e., procedures), domain graphical interface functionality, common data types, or utilities for communication, peripherals, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in SQL and/or Oracle database environments.
- Minimum 3 years Windows Server administration, including IIS, AD, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience of advanced diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 5 years LAN/WAN configuration and support, including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and routing.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V).
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) preferred.
- General understanding of SaaS, hosted solutions, and client/server architecture.
- Experience with issue‑tracking systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Experience with Issue tracking systems.
- System integration and/or 3rd party interface development
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Client/Server architecture installation and support.
- Knowledge of custom SQL queries.
- Proven track record with customer interaction, both technical and non-technical from executive level management to department liaison.
Skills
- Ability to manage project priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to clarify client system specifications and understand business workflows.
- Ability to deliver technical training to customers.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network‑based solutions and IT network architecture.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency with relevant PC software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, REST APIs, and automation tools preferred.
- Understanding of security best practices, including least privilege, encryption, and secure deployment standards.

Domestic travel required (up 30% at peak times)

Target Pay Range: $88,500.00 to $110,600.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
