JOB TITLE: Human Resources Analyst/ Senior Executive -
Working Title: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - PAD
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for organizing, managing, and overseeing training programs within an organization. Their primary duties include assessing training needs, developing schedules, coordinating with trainers and employees, maintaining training records, assessing performance and ensuring that all programs align with company goals and industry standards. They work closely with various departments to enhance employee skills and productivity while ensuring compliance with training requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Conduct interviews and manage the selection process for contract and other floating employees.
- Organize and deliver induction training for new hires.
- Manage training program for newly hired contract and other floating employees.
- Provide ongoing training for existing trainees, contract and other floating employees.
- Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Facilitate training sessions for all employees.
- Coordinate training activities and maintain accurate training records.
- Plan and address manpower requirements based on production schedules for Plant-1 and Plant-2.
- Update manpower planning based on weekly attrition rates.
- Manage the appraisal process and job cycle for contract and and other floating employees.
- Coordinate performance reviews for contract and and other floating employees.
- Monitor and implement measures to control absenteeism among contract and other floating employees.
- Act as the overall in-charge of the Skill Development Center (SDC).
Major Duty in Training :
Training Program Development & Coordination
- Assess training needs in collaboration with department managers.
- Develop and schedule training programs based on organizational goals.
- Coordinate logistics, including venues, trainers, materials, and technology.
Trainer & Participant Management
- Liaise with internal trainers, external facilitators, and subject matter experts.
- Communicate training schedules and requirements to employees.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and completion rates.
Record-Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain training records, certifications, and employee progress reports.
- Track training expenses and manage the budget.
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Ensure training programs comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Evaluate training sessions through feedback and performance assessments.
Administrative & Support Functions
- Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Assist employees with training-related inquiries and technical support.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging training technologies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Master degree is Mandatory. An MBA in Human Resources or a relevant discipline is preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in training coordination or Training management is required. Equivalent education & experience in Indutrial/ relevant may be considered.
