JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner / Manufacturing
JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, provides Human Resource support to the Manufacturing business in areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development , Associate relations, compensation, benefits, Performance management, Employee Engagement, OD interventions
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Understand business objectives in Manufacturing and align with HR practice & process to act as a change agent for integrated achievement.
- To work closely with the business and guide them on operational and strategic decisions.
- Presenting monthly dashboard on new hires, span control, monthly activities, attrition analysis & improvement actions.
- Own end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding with an initiative to improve recruitment opportunities and retention.
- Studiously manage the performance review process with timelines and communication plans
- Coordinates and support the talent review process
- Work on Learning & Development process by supporting employee development
- Identifying and implementing the actions from Employee Satisfaction Survey
- Drive employee engagement initiatives within the business units.
- Assists towards the improvement of Company policies & procedures.
- Ensures compliance with statutory norms of Manufacturing.
- Representing HR during MRM/QMS/EMS/EHS/Management audits and also ensuring compliance/corrective actions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Post-Graduation in MBA/PGDM – Specialization in HR
Experience
Minimum 12 Years of experience in HR Manufacturing / Operations sector as business partner. Experience in the role of Plant HR will be an added advantage.
Skills
- HR practitioner with good education credentials with an impressive track record & knowledge pertaining to various HR aspects - Talent management, Employee engagement, Performance management, Learning & Development etc.
- Innovative thinker
- Skills to be able to establish oneself as the strong voice & respected professional in HR aspects within the organization including effective communication skills, persuasion skills etc.
- Ability to work under defined timelines and be result oriented.
- Tech savviness
- Solution based thinking approach.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
