JOB SUMMARY

To plan production facilities in the best possible manner in a systematic way for the PPC & packaging related activities by ensuring proper inflow of RM required and ensuring the right quantity of inventory as per plan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Responsible for on time shipment of goods as per customer requirement both export and domestic
• Responsible for monthly shortage list preparation and follow up
• Responsible for on time packing and delivery of FG  without abnormal.
• Responsible for Spare Parts management process
• Responsible for spare parts  packaging.
• Responsible for 5S at workplace.
• Responsible for maintaining consistent quality at all stages
• Responsible for maintaining QMS in  packing area
• Responsible for packing  documentation and change control implementation
• Accountable  for proper maintenance of critical Packing machines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree

 Experience:  

• 1-2years’ experience.

Skills:

• Basice knowledge on ERP/SAP
• Time Management
• Analytical & Planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to understand and identify key objectives across the business 
• Willingness to travel

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge on Packaging requirements of medical equipment
• Awareness on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO13485:2016
• Knowledge about handling of dangerous goods packaging and related activities.

Knowledge on lean and WCM activities
