Job Summary

Based in Singapore and Reporting to the HR Director, APAC, you will execute the People strategies and tactical activities and plans for assigned client groups. You will provide end to end HR solutions and manage the entire Associate Lifecycle for assigned client groups.

You are the HRBP to assigned client groups in the Commercial Functions in APAC office and oversee HR operations for Singapore. The Administrative Executive in Singapore will report into this role.


Essential Duties

  • Execute the People strategies and tactical activities or plans for these client groups according to global and APAC objectives.
  • Partner with functional and business leaders in assigned client groups to offer HR solutions and interventions to address business issues and goals.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to functional heads and associates in assigned client groups.
  • Ensure consistent interpretation and administration of HR cycle programmes and full Associate life cycle activities for assigned client groups.
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition for assigned client groups, managing the interview and selection process, preparing job offers and compensation proposals to announcements and induction.
  • Partner with leadership to cultivate and deliver desired associate experience and engagement from effective onboarding to impactful associate development experiences. This will include but not limited to associate dialogues, pulse surveys and entity wide associate engagement surveys.
  • Manage the entity wide annual performance management process from goal setting, performance reviews to performance distribution management.
  • Support internal communication on HR cycle programmes, HR policies as well as engagement.
  • Responsible and oversee HR Operations for Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Pakistan.
  • Provide HR advisory on C&B philosophy, programs and policies.
  • Lead in the review, design and implement associate benefits programs to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and movements in relation to practices and changes (especially around statutory changes), and ensure that all stakeholders are aware.
  • Involve/participate in ad-hoc projects/tasks as needed.


Minimum Qualification Requirements



Bachelors degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.



  • Minimum 6-7 years experience in HR, with experience in role as HRBP
  • Experience with global multi-location preferred, especially exposure to different countries
  • Knowledge of APAC Employment Laws and regulations
