SALES & SERVICE ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR DACH&NORDEN           

 

JOB SUMMARY

Sales & Service Administration Supervisor role is to lead office based sales, marketing and service support group, office management of the local country office in Germany and support execution of lean sales & service process in the region of DACH&Nordics, as well as designing improvement processes for before mentioned functions, if required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Oversee and directly perform:
  • Supporting local sales, marketing & service activities,
  • Designing and preparing of sales & service quotations with the input from field based sales & service associates,
  • Designing and preparing of sales & service contracts and annexes with input from legal councilor,
  • Implementing of contracts in agreement with the departments of service and sales,
  • Managing tender process, incl. cooperation with relevant organizational units in the preparation of documents in proceedings for awarding a public contract,
  • Designing and keeping a register, tracking and archiving of customer and market data, as well as contracts
  • Monitoring changes in the rules of Public Procurement Law and other laws,
  • Designing, preparing and performing of customer and internal events in all countries of the DACH&Norden region,
  • Preparing TBCT presence and attending local congresses and trade shows,
  • Directly contacting customers to maintain all sales- and service contract related topics,
  • Insight selling activities for service contracts on TBCT products
  • Liaising with customer service in the preparation of documents that serve the sales process,
  • Helping regional marketing and MarCom in preparing local and international congresses,
  • Identifying process improvements where necessary and assists in designing, planning and implementing new procedures, projects and programs,
  • Performing general reception duties on occasion by receiving incoming calls and visitors,
  • Backing-up to other assistants during sickness, holiday leave etc.,
  • Managing suppliers for the German office, incl. fleet, equipment & phone etc.,
  • Under the guidance of the HQ office, administering the local quality system,
  • Coordinating local translation or legal services,
  • Monitoring and notifying to the local packaging reporting and environment protection organizations,
  • Preparing and attending sales-, assistant and service team meetings,
  • Administrative assisting for members of the local management team.

 

  • Lead and supervise associates in sales & service administration team,
  • Design and execute lean processes for field communication and cooperation,
  • Coordinate communication between field and office based associates, as well as with supporting functions in HQ (finance, marketing, HR, legal, quality, customer service, credit collection, logistics, etc.)
  • Prepare and attend management team meetings.

 

 

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

Bachelor degree in general administration or equivalent through experience.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years general experience as marketing and/or sales assistant
  • Solid experience in cross-functional project management required
  • First experience as team- or project lead is preferred
  • Expert knowledge in usage of SAP, MS Office Tools & Web-based CRM systems

 

Language Requirements

  • German and English written and spoken language skills are a must
  • French, Italian or any Scandinavian language is an advantage
