JOB TITLE Mgr. Warehouse Operations
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing a team focused on properly receiving, controlling, moving, consuming, shipping, and verifying the factory’s inventories and supplies utilizing SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management Systems. This role is also responsible for developing and improving the business processes for these activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- At times, independently sets priorities to accomplish objectives.
- At times, works dependently with others to accomplish objectives.
- At times, coordinates activities among different functional areas to accomplish objectives.
- 24-hour on-call manufacturing support for related duties.
- Maintains information in the ERP and other systems.
- Exerts influence on business objectives and strategic goals, and helps drive successful outcomes.
- Sets business processes and analytical approaches to meet business objectives.
- Develops performance indicators for Operations.
- Reports on the performance indicators for Operations.
- Actively participates in continuous improvements efforts.
- Provides technical assistance, problem resolution, support, and training on manufacturing systems.
- Reviews, recommends, and approves requested changes to business tools and processes.
- Applies advanced technical skills in one or more of the above areas of specialization to solve routine problems.
- Develops solutions to non-routine problems of moderate to extreme complexity.
- Responsible for appropriate departmental documentation and adherence to procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
- Knowledge required to perform at this level is generally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in the area of Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration if accompanied with strong Operations background.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years experience.
- Significant, demonstrated related ERP user experience is required; SAP ERP system experience is strongly preferred.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems in a repetitive manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels, globally.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
- Demonstrated moderate to thorough knowledge of operations financial performance drivers and their implications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of information management systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Requires Terumo BCT licensing to operate PITs (Powered Industrial Trucks).
- Requires a valid standard driver’s license in order to operate the company box truck, subject to all Department of Transportation required random drug/alcohol screening, as well as a DOT physical.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
General Labor Environment requirements include: use of personal protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending, standing, stretching/reaching, hand/finger dexterity, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, or transporting up to 500 pounds via carts or mechanized equipment.

Target Pay Range: $103,500.00 to $129,400.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 10.0%
