Talent Acquisition Coordinator

 

JOB SUMMARY

Performs administrative and project level support and coordination for talent acquisition programs, processes, and recruitment for open positions; provides excellent customer service in responding to hiring manager and candidate inquiries; maintains and develops talent acquisition and/or project related records, metrics, and reporting as needed.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Performs administrative and project level support and coordination for talent acquisition programs, processes, and recruitment for open positions.
  • Posts and promotes open position on social media; places advertising and administers job sponsor slotting as directed. 
  • Participates in, coordinates, and may lead projects as directed and under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
  • Creates a wide variety of electronic narratives, numerical material, and reports, much of which is complex and highly confidential nature.
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including Associates, Hiring Managers, candidates, vendors, customers, regulatory authorities, employees, consultants, etc.
  • Tracks the effectiveness of various recruitment channels, campaigns and networks.  Supports the preparation, coordination and representation of the Company for assigned community relationships, career fairs, colleges and community and professional organizations.
  • Assists in coordinating the full life cycle recruitment process including scheduling of interviews, coordinating candidate travel, processing candidate expenses, preparing offer letters and administering the Company’s pre-employment screening procedures.
  • Assists in tracking and reducing recruitment expenses.

 

 

OTHER DUTIES

  • May assume responsibility for the initial screening of prospective candidates based upon daily workload; supporting sourcing efforts and/or other hiring events as assigned.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

HS Diploma/GED orequivalent education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Some college coursework related to Human Resources, Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.

 

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience

 

Skills

  • Able to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service including responsiveness to requests, maintaining composure under pressure
  • Exercises good judgement and discretion
  • Ability to carry out, interpret, and enforce both clerical and departmental processes and procedures.
  • Ability to handle repetitive motion work such as keyboard, sorting and filing.
  • Working knowledge and/or experience with HRIS and Applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range:  $27.00 to $33.00 -  Hourly pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
