Responsible for designing, deploying and managing global talent and organizational development (T&OD) initiatives and solutions that make Terumo BCT an incredible place to work. T&OD programs may include associate engagement, continuous listening, associate development, coaching, organizational culture, team effectiveness, new leader onboarding, org design, strategic workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, talent review and succession planning, and organizational change management.


  • Design, develop, implement and improve global programs that develop high performing teams, engaged associates, and effective managers and leaders, utilizing project management fundamentals.
  • Lead or partner to design and implement T&OD-related processes and technology
  • Design, deliver and facilitate workshops for the business
  • Provide data-based insights and recommendations regarding the associate experience
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with associates and leaders at every level of the organization in both verbal and written form
  • Balance stakeholders with a wide variety of needs in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed global environment
  • Apply and adapt current research, trends and best practices to the culture of Terumo BCT




Bachelor’s degree or higher in organizational development, organizational psychology, or related field. The equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered. Master’s degree preferred.


Minimum 8 years experience in human resources, program management, or related field.

  • Expertise in training and workshop design as well as workshop and meeting facilitation

  • Ability to develop and manage programs from inception to continuous improvement
  • Ability to build personal credibility through building relationships, understanding our culture, and achieving results
  • Ability to positively influence leaders and colleagues in a global setting
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and manage projects independently
  • Learning agility and confidence operating in a fast-changing, demanding environment
  • Experience translating vision and strategy into actionable goals, priorities, and challenges
  • Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm and team outcome orientation

  • Skills using Success Factors preferred
  • Open to remote but Hybrid preferred.



An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Preferred but not required course certifications include: Franklin Covey courses; Crucial Conversations; Crucial Accountability; Influencer; Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team; DiSC; Other desired certifications are: Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and KF360. Coaching certification is a plus.



Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range:  $80,500.00 to $120,800.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  10.0%
