SR PROJECT MANAGER - ENTERPRISE
JOB SUMMARY
Working under broad supervision, manages all of the project lifecycle from initiation to close on a large or complex projects. Ability to have a hands-on proactive approach to managing projects, with significant responsibility for all aspects of a project and its constraints including executing the project within scope, schedule and budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Defines and manages projects of moderate to large scope; usually multiple projects at a time
- Develops and executes complex project plans, and revises them as appropriate for project needs
- Facilitates and coordinates project meetings, activities and tasks to execute the project plan
- Understands and manages scope, schedule and cost within plan
- Maintains and reports on project budget
- Ensures proper assignment and coordination of resources per plan
- Facilitates the gathering and documentation of project scope, requirements, risks, challenges and schedule
- Provides feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
- Resolves and/or escalates project-related issues in a timely fashion
- Tracks status and metrics for the project
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding of lean principles and experience in application of such principles
- Escalates to functional management upon identification of deviations (or potential deviations) from plan and uses good change management skills
- Facilitates the definition of quality and risk, definition of done, and manages the project accordingly
- Effectively manages communications, expectations, and interactions with all departments, internal stakeholders and sponsors
- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations on project status and selected project topics
- Coordinates with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Leadership qualities, such as accountability, motivation, facilitation and conflict-management
- Advanced computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting
- Familiarity with the work being done by each team member and effectively utilizes each team member to accomplish the project objectives.
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
- Facilitates project governance and maintains project-management documentation.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting teams to follow values, principles, and practices.
- Contributes to departmental portfolio management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Minimum 5 years’ experience
Skills
- Executive level communication and presentation skills
- Dedicated to quality customer service, with proactive response to stakeholder needs
- Understanding and ability to apply Lean principles
- Ability to manage all or parts of project lifecycle, from initiation to close
- Has had responsibility for preparing formal project documents for the execution of a project
- Experienced with defining all aspects of the project from scope, requirements, risks, budget and schedule
- Demonstrated effective use of the disciplines of project management practices to plan and tightly manage projects
- Shown ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to problem solve creatively
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Ability to manage conflicts; to read situations quickly; to lead by influence; to exploit opportunities; and to find common ground and get cooperation with minimum “noise”
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks a plus
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, traverse, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range: $115,400.00 to $144,300.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 10.0%
