JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Colorado Facilities
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Colorado Facilities is responsible for strategic oversight and day-to-day management of facilities operations, security, and EHS compliance across the Lakewood and Littleton facilities. This role ensures that both locations operate efficiently, are comliant with regulatory requirements, and provide a safe, secure, and high-performing environment for employees and visitors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Facilities Management
- Sits on the lakewood and Littleton factory leadership teams as the leadership representative for Facilities
- Oversee all aspects of facilities and building operations, including manientnance, repair, upgrades of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and housekeeping.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation
- Plan and execute facility improvement projects to enhance functionality and sustainability
- Monitor and optimize the performance of building management systems (BMS) and energy usage
Security Management
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees, assets, and facilities
- Oversee security systems, including surveillance, access control, and alarm systems
- Coordinator with internal and external stakeholders for emergency response and crisis management plans
- Conduct periodic security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS)
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental health and workplace safety
- Lead EHS initiatives, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation
- Develop and deliver associate training programs on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental compliance
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Drive a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across both facilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Experience
Minimum 10 years experience of progressive experience in facilities management
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of facilities operations, building systems, and preventative maintenance best practices
- In-depth knowledge of construction management and budgeting for Capital projects
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or equivalent certification is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, traverse, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Additional Physical Requirements
- Travel between Lakewood and Littleton facilities
Target Pay Range: $158,100.00 to $197,600.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 20.0%
