Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is hiring a ServiceNow Configuration Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations department. This configuration analyst would join the team responsible for all IT Service Management processes and tools, including building and maintaining the ServiceNow application. So far, we’ve built custom ServiceNow applications to track business requests related to facilities, procurement, legal and HR, and plan on adding more!

 

The Opportunity – be creative and make others’ jobs easier by enabling ServiceNow technology

  • Act as a system administrator, configuration analyst and subject-matter expert for ServiceNow tool
  • Help business units become more efficient by configuring custom solutions in ServiceNow and provide day-to-day administration of the tool
  • Collaborate with Senior ITSM Analyst to understand business stakeholder environment and gather requirements
  • Identify problems, research solutions and reconfigure/recode system to improve functionality
  • Brainstorm innovative ways to utilize ServiceNow beyond just an IT ticketing system
  • Support the development, maintenance and improvement of core ITSM processes
  • Work in an Agile-like environment with two-week sprints and daily standups

 

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a System Administrator
  • Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow to provide customer solutions, including understanding databases, managing access control lists and implementing business rules
  • Working knowledge of IT Service Management processes, various reporting tools, incident/problem and call tracking systems, tools and methodologies
  • Basic scripting knowledge is helpful
  • Comfortable and successful working independently in a small team environment
    • Practices open communication to keep team members in the loop on tasks
    • Accountable for project deliverables and deadlines
  • Appreciates industry best practices, while also receptive to new ideas and ways of thinking
  • Proactive in identifying and utilizing resources to offer solutions
  • Customer-service oriented, always thinking of value-add solutions

Position Details:

  • Start as soon as possible
  • Hybrid work environment (working in the Lakewood, Colorado office 2+ days per week)

Target Pay Range:  $67,000.00 to $83,700.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  7.0%
