JOB TITLE: Account Manager



Working under the guidance of the Commercial organization, you will be the primary contact for a defined customer base for the sale of company products and services. Initiate contact with existing customers for the purpose of understanding their business and providing an exception level of customer service. Throughout, work closely with the company’s Commercial, Marketing, and Service organizations to construct an evolving cross-sell/up-sell program to expand share of wallet and ensure revenue growth.



  • Generates necessary sales to meet or exceed territory sales goals.
  • Creates detailed business plans designed to attain strategic initiatives and goals aligned to the company’s objectives.
  • Prioritizes accounts to determine coverage, assess opportunity, and develop new business. 
  • Remain in regular contact with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Present portfolio of solutions to customers aligned to identified needs and pain points.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities through to securing a sale utilizing Korn Ferry sales methodology.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements and renewals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an accurate sales funnel and participate in monthly funnel reviews.
  • Utilizes appropriate software systems ( and Power BI) to manage sales price in accordance with Customer usage and market demands. 
  • Manages and documents sales activities in
  • Maintains account/customer profiles, customer contact information and account plans for assigned customer accounts. 
  • Collaborates with Sales Consultants, Inside Sales and cross functional partners including contract administration, customer service and marketing to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to meeting our customer’s needs.
  • Continuously increases and sharpens product/services knowledge, selling, negotiating and presentation skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.





Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered. Background in biomedical sciences preferred.



Minimum 3 years of successful sales or inside sales experience in a consultative selling environment.



  • Basic understanding of biologics/cell therapy/regenerative medicine.
  • Understanding of the Business's products and therapy applications.
  • Demonstrated success in using sales techniques and selling skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
  • Demonstrated mastery of or similar CRM for management of sales process in compliance with business rules and user guidelines.
  • Miller Heiman sales process certification or equivalent sales methodology.
  • Thorough understanding and support of the Business's values and customer approach.
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to build relationships virtually and openness to feedback.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.



Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.


Additional Physical Requirements

Limited travel required (approximately 10-20%).


Target Pay Range:  $56,600.00 to $70,800.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
