The Digital Transformation Project Manager will lead the strategic initiatives that modernize and digitize global operations. This role manages all or parts of the project lifecycle—from initiation to close—while driving adoption of advanced technologies such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP integrations, IoT, and data analytics platforms. The position requires defining project requirements and scope, preparing formal project documentation, and collaborating effectively with vendors, technical resources, and stakeholders across multiple sites.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Lead Digital Transformation Projects: Create and execute project plans for initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and connectivity.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Manage scope, schedule, and cost within plan; maintain and report on project budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration among Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to align digital solutions with business objectives.
  • Requirements Gathering: Define project requirements and scope; prepare formal documentation for execution.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Facilitate definition of quality standards and risk mitigation strategies; manage projects accordingly.
  • Change Management: Champion cultural and process changes required for successful digital transformation.
  • Performance Tracking: Track status, metrics, and lessons learned; deliver informative, well-organized presentations on project status and outcomes.
  • Vendor & Resource Coordination: Ensure proper assignment and coordination of internal and external resources per plan.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve and/or escalate project-related issues in a timely fashion.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Proven experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with MES and related technologies is highly desirable.

 

Skills

  • Ability to manage all or parts of the project lifecycle, from initiation to close.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, technical resources, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

PMP or equivalent certification is desirable but not required.

 

LOCATION

Lakewood, Colorado or Remote - Open to candidates willing to relocate to the area. 

 

TRAVEL

Travel required (up to 30%).

Target Pay Range:  $82,200.00 to $102,800.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  7.0%
