REMOTE POSITION - Under minimal supervision,provides support and analysis for marketing strategies in various disease areas and creates impactful clinical marketing tools to educate clinicians on the benefits of a variety of therapies.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Uses knowledge of disease areas and  analyitic skillset to assist in the development of business cases to support new business opportunities. 
  • Supports development of go to market plans for new products or therapies to assure proper positioning, messaging and strategies targeted toward prescribing clinicians.
  • Maintains a close working relationship with various departments including regional marketing to develop and deploy localized sales enablement tools.
  • Coordinates the design, and promotion of sales force collateral, and customer communication materials and to ensure consistency with customers’ needs and the clinical selling approach. 
  • Works closely with the global marketing team to provide expertise in the approval of materials created for sales enablement. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

 

Experience

Minimum 5 years + experience or exceptions for direct therapeutic marketing experience

 

Skills

  • Knowledge of sales/marketing strategic planning and program delivery.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems and develop programs with creativity and good judgment.
  • Expanded knowledge of domestic market and global marketing strategy.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and market trends within the context of product and business capabilities and the ability to translate this assessment into workable strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively and comfortably with physicians/medical professionals, and with all levels in the business organization.
  • Requires a thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics as they relate to product, price, promotion and distribution.
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range:  $82,400.00 to $103,000.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  7.0%
