JOB TITLE Pricing Strategy & Execution Manager NA/LATAM – Global & Regional

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Pricing Strategy & Execution Manager is responsible for co-developing and implementing pricing strategies and initiatives in alignment with business units, regional teams, and countries. This includes ensuring regional pricing strategies align with global goals while focusing on country execution and measurable outcomes.

 

This role requires exceptional collaboration skills to support multiple stakeholders and influence outcomes effectively and will be the pricing point of contact for several global business units as well as a number of regions.   

 

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Pricing

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Price Strategy & Setting: Develop comprehensive value-based pricing strategies in collaboration with regions and business units, ensuring alignment with global objectives and country needs. Define, implement, and continuously refine price corridors for existing and new products
  • Deal Execution Support: Offer strategic price guidance for major deals. Collaborate with sales & finance teams to optimize deal outcomes
  • Price Initiatives: Support, influence, and eventually lead the creation and adoption of pricing initiatives to achieve pricing targets. Ensure implementation and alignment across regions and business units
  • Collaboration & Support: Build strong partnerships with regional and country teams, providing expert guidance and hands-on support on pricing-related topics. Team up, foster trust and alignment across sales, marketing, and finance teams. Understand and support commercial strategies
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate price performance. Identify opportunities for enhancements and share best practices to drive a culture of pricing excellence. Where needed, collaborate with other stakeholders to lead the development of dedicated pricing analytics and support CPQ implementation

  • Demonstrated proficiency with value-based pricing approaches
  • Ability to create and support commercial strategies
  • Experience in global or regional roles, with the ability to adapt to diverse business contexts
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8 years of business experience, with at least 4 years in pricing roles managing multi-stakeholder environments
  • English proficiency at a professional/business level is required; Spanish is a plus

Location: Denver, Colorado, US (Hybrid)

 

Travel frequency 30% (Primarily within North America and Latin America. Possible travel to EMEA).

 

 

 

 

Target Pay Range:  $98,800.00 to $123,600.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  10.0%
