Onsite position three days a week in Lakewood, Colorado with no relocation offered. This role will provide technical expertise on SAP ECC and systems integrations to meet global business objectives and translate business and end user requirements in master data. Provide guidance in adhering to standard process and tool functionality. Will follow all phases of project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, training, deployment and post-production support/maintenance for assigned projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Responsible for data governance providing technical solutions for SAP Global Master Data encompassing maintenance, collection, validation, control, reporting and analysis. This role determines data governance for customer master, pricing, equipment master and hierarchy structures.
- Evaluate new business requirements, issues and propose appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to escalated issues identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.
- Work with business users on all master data management requests and research potential improvements to transaction, data handling and process developing job aids and procedures to enhance SAP usability and deliver value to users.
- Leads multiple projects and production support solutions for multiple business areas which may include communicating project status and resolving project roadblocks.
- Update, edit and compile technical documentation including unit, integration, and acceptance test plans, support documentation, end user documentation for delivered solutions and other tasks as assigned.
- Develops, tests and executes WINSHUTTLE scripts and LSMW templates for preparation of project load files or mass loads.
- Develops global policies and procedures.
- Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development.
- Research of potential improvements to transactions, data handling and process.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements means to continuously improve department processes and Global Master Data.
- Manages and provides leadership for global master data team’s development, direction, and effectiveness, adhering to organizational policies and processes and supporting overall business and corporate objectives.
- Conduct Performance reviews and provide feedback to associates regularly.
- Analyzes changing business and customer needs constantly and plans and recommends organizational or systems changes to address customer and business requirements.
- Manage Global customer requests for automated interfaced transactions through middleware vendors and customer specific solutions. Decides which solutions fit into overall global strategy and processes.
- Provide insight and priority of electronic work requirements of IT to the business. Complete documentation for funding of IT resources.
- Develop productive relations with all global vendors to ensure all legal and regulatory electronic transaction requirements are identified and prioritized to meet all deadlines. Comprehensive knowledge of data requirements.
- Business liaison for all electronic transaction projects.
- Drive project schedule for completion to meet legal and regulatory deadlines utilizing Agile implementation strategies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered, advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Minimum 1-year SAP full lifecycle implementation experience in a team environment.
- Business background in order to cash, invoice, production, or operations is highly desired.
- Advanced user of SAP transactions.
Skills
- Must possess analytical skills to evaluate new business requirements and issues and propose appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrates conceptual reasoning skills and discretionary judgment and an understanding of business area policies and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with business analysts to understand business issues and provide solutions with the ability to articulate business process approaches.
- Highly accountable and works well with the team to seek innovative solutions and can identify, design and configure the system to meet the company’s objectives
- Work closely with business member functions to facilitate effective solution implementations and provide knowledge transfer of system functionality to Super Users, Subject Matter Experts and end users.
- Solid project management, facilitation and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of the SDLC process.
- Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or inconclusive information.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and creating complex spreadsheets.

Target Pay Range: $93,100.00 to $116,400.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 10.0%
