JOB TITLE Global Commercial Systems & Tools Analyst
JOB SUMMARY
The Global Commercial Systems & Tools Analyst role will be a critical technical business partner, reporting to the Global Strategic Director of Commercial Operations and with helping to realize strategic commercial operations and sales excellence initiaves. He or she will do this by providing the technical expertise to develop, implement and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in support of the global CRM roadmap, evolving commercial business needs, global and regional commercial growth strategic imperatives.
Collaborates cross-functionally with commercial operations, regional sales excellence, marketing and sales in the development and visualization of data from multiple sources for the set-up of business (sales, market & customer) insights, to create additional reporting tools as an input into sales and marketing strategies, to enable active customer management and to monitor success via key performance indicators.
Works proactively and demonstrates a growth mindset to identify and implement process improvements that focus on continuous internal efficiency, organizational accountability, modernization and incremental gains in day-to-day operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Technical Support to Commercial Strategic Initiatives
- Develop, implement and maintain KPI dashboards (linked to CRM) that monitor sales effectiveness (including engagement metrics), capture actionable business insights (sales, market and customer) and track to performance (incentives and business performance).
- Consolidate & synchronize commercial reporting, evaluate and implement a process for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales Excellence as subject matter expert, support and coordinate to leverage technical expertise on systems and tools for the regions.
- Support development of monthly reporting on commercial performance across regions/business areas including the latest trends, initiatives, opportunities, mitigations and share of successes.
- Ensure data management, monitor accuracy and support process integration with other company core systems and tools (SAP, Adaptive, ServiceMax, etc.).
- Work closely with IT/Financial Systems teams to develop, maintain or enhance commercial systems, tools and reporting.
- Lead training and coaching on systems and tools to keep users up to date with latest enhancements.
- Provide troubleshooting and first line support of global commercial dashboards and reporting.
- Advise on commercial systems and tools strategies, collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to buid even more efficient and effective sales processes and day to day ways of working.
- Remain current on commercial systems and tools, new technologies, industry practices and trends, etc.
Strenghten Commercial Operations Processes
- Lead project to automate global and regional incentive performance measurement.
- Participate in and lead small projects that support commercial operations/execellence process improvements and drive consistency across systems, processes, data, analytics and reporting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, business or other related majors.
Equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience with systems & tools supporting commercial operations with a focus on B2B, mid to large-sized, multi-channel, multi-business area organization – preferably in the healthcare space.

Target Pay Range: $84,900.00 to $106,100.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
