JOB TITLE:  Financial Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing high-level, as well as detailed, quantitative and qualitative analytical support, including planning, reporting and specific project analysis.  This position will support the Corporate FP&A leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Supports the FP&A Team with financial reporting, analysis, forecast, budget, and special project responsibilities
  • Performs financial analyses for forecasting, budgeting and/or long range (strategic) planning
  • Supports monthly capital reporting, capital forecasting, and capital budgeting
  • Analyzes, identifies, and communicates trends and issues impacting the business on an ongoing basis and make recommendations
  • Provides financial modeling support, financial perspective, and resolution of financial issues to Legal, HR and other functional areas as needed
  • Converts financial analysis to effective reports to help management understand business performance and guide decision making
  • Responsible to oversee periodic and day to day transfer pricing management in partnership with FP&A leadership and US cost accounting team
  • Creates various business models and tools to drive business results
  • Assists in planning and execution of the forecast process and annual budget, works cross-functionally and cross-geographies to gather forecast/budget information, compiles and analyzes forecast/budget data, develops recommendations for improved financial performance, and prepares final reports and communication materials


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years FP&A experience
  • Experience in financial forecasting and planning including managing the forecast or planning process, working cross-functionally resolving forecast/budget issues, driving a forecast/plan process to closure, analysis of forecast/plan results, and effective communication of completed forecast/plan results
  • Evaluating processes and developing recommendations for process improvements


Skills

  • Effective organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task, work in an independent manner and seek assistance as needed
  • Proven ability to interpret complex financial information and deliver conclusions and recommendations based on financial analysis
  • Understanding of financial analysis techniques and general accounting principles
  • Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Effective leadership skills with proven ability to lead processes
  • Professional approach to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of corporate management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, skilled at working with financial accounting systems such as SAP
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools (ex: Power BI ) and Forecasting cloud-based platforms (ex: Workday Adaptive) are preferred

Target Pay Range:  $61,100.00 to $91,700  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  7.0%
