JOB TITLE: Production Apprenticeship

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking part-time production support apprentices to assist in production-related processes at our Littleton facility. The apprentices will support Production staff with activities that help facilitate production analysis, preparation, and improvement. An ideal candidate would be curious, attentive, and have a strong sense of urgency that helps propel the Production Team forward. No prior experience is necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Performs work that can be investigative in nature and analyzes data, reporting various results from investigation.
• May assist in accurate data entry into computer databases or company files, interfacing with software packages that help understand production (Illuminate system, PowerBI)

• May be involved in facilitating visual factory and 6S (Safety, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) workspaces
• May be involved with assisting with ERP interface (opening closing work orders)
• May be involved in making work instructions to assist in production activities

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• May work with engineering and other functional groups on manufacturing issues.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

General Labor Environment requirements include: use of personal protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending, standing, stretching/reaching, hand/finger dexterity, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, or transporting up to 500 pounds via carts or mechanized equipment.

Target Pay Range:  $17.00 - Hourly pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
