The Sales and Service support specialist is responsible for the final part of sales process including sales contracts and order execution. Additional responsibility includes the ownership of technical service contracts and inventory management to support excellence in technical service timelines and effectiveness.




  • Order management and execution including communication with Customers and Suppliers in particular with Terumo BCT NV and Terumo BCT Inc.
  • Delivery of goods management to customers in Poland and to Terumo BCT Polska. 
  • Issuing sales invoice including technical service invoices.
  • Maintaining Customer registry in local accounting system Symfonia and communication appropriate information to SAP.
  • Monitoring and coordinating the execution of sales Contracts.
  • Preparing and analysing sales forecast (SIOP). Consolidation of information reporting current variance of actual sales vs SIOP to Sales Team of Region: Poland, Czech and Hungary.
  • Coordinating inventory at Terumo BCT Polska in particular spare parts and capital equipment.
  • Coordinating Logistics of goods in Poland. Collaboration with Customer Care Team regarding orders execution.
  • Managing communication and logistics needed to complain management incoming to email address:, and goods to return.
  • Communication and coordination of Quality management system for Terumo BCT Polska – serve as single point of contact for Quality manager
  • Invoicing the customer for technical service in Poland, Czech and Hungary in Symfonia and SAP as appropriate
  • Promoting and sales of technical service contracts to customers in Poland.
  • Acts as a back-up when necessary during sick leave, holidays or in times of high workload.
  • Other duties as appropriately assigned by the manager.






Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent communication/telephone skills in Polish and English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Quick learning ability and sense of urgency
  • Positive, upbeat and friendly personality
  • Strong ability to understand customer and sales needs
  • Eagerness to constantly learn and explore better ways of working
  • Ability to see changes or issues as opportunities to improve
  • Excellent Team player in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Track record in customer service skills
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector
  • Awareness of controlled processes and audit preparation
