  • Manage preparation of validation/implementation and troubleshooting projects of Terumo BCT's technology platforms throughout designated region
  • Manage and design customer’s process optimization to ensure a smooth, fast and efficient transfer of technology from pre- sales to routine use at customer sites
  • Act as a regional product expert for training and signing off internal and external associates




  • Responsible for successful validations and implementations in EMEA.
  • Manage product and process training and sign-off cycle  in EMEA for internal and external assosiates on multiple levels (operational and implementation)
  • Responsible for second-line operational and process troubleshooting for respective platforms in EMEA.
  • Support the development of marketing plans, strategies and promotional materials by platform
  • Support commercial organization with customized customer trainings, presentations, attending  workshops, seminars, congresses etc.
  • When needed provide consultancy service to end customer, perform customer processes analysis and provide corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Develop and design Value Stream Mapping (VSM) plans based on evaluating customer processes at target customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in EMEA as Local Sales organization, Software Solution, Technical Service etc, to ensure successful and timely mannered project deployment.
  • Support the development of new products and bringing them to the market (provide operational design inputs and support validation process).
  • Support the organization in successful new product launch to the market (Implementation support post CE-validations, clinical trials and marketing trials, assist in reviews of manuals and training material).






University background in Life Sciences or Engineering or equivalent by experience



  • A first work experience in a similar role/ related industry
  • Knowledge of the medical device sector
