JOB SUMMARY
Working under limited supervision, the basic function of this position includes the daily management, maintenance, and
monitoring of existing logistics processes/systems, evaluating the adequacy and implementing improvements to these, and
providing substantial input into the development of new processes/systems in all of the company’s local warehouse facilities.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Manages and provides leadership for the functional group’s development, direction, and effectiveness, adhering to
organizational policies and processes and supporting overall business and corporate objectives.
• Manages, supports, and participates in the execution of the daily work processes and systems.
• Creates, maintains, and analyzes data for functional area.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements means to continuously improve the quality of service.
• Actively participates in the annual budgeting process and may be responsible for managing an operation within
budgetary guidelines.
• Enhances, recommends, and implements internal policies and procedures including those which relate to our regulated
environment.
• Assures department personnel are fully trained in all aspects of their positions and receive feedback on performance
on a timely basis.
• Offers creative ideas and solutions, which generate benefit to material movement.
• Works closely with ITS to ensure all systems and warehouse operations needs are met on a daily basis .
• Supports and implements Quality Assurance actions.
• Assists in maintaining general housekeeping and resolves building and equipment maintenance and safety related
issues.
• Tracks for proper control of inventory, ensuring that an optimal level of storage capacity and product flows i s
consistently maintained.
• Must be flexible to work different shifts and locations as needed.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS


Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related.


Experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in medical devices industry (must).

• Knowledge in SAP system (must).

• Experience in inventory control required.
• Experience in the fundamentals of warehouse practices and techniques required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with international and small package shipping preferred.
• Experience in returned goods, QC Hold and associated GMP requirements preferred.
• Experience in receiving and warehousing functions and practices preferred.
