Job summary:

The Supply Chain organization is establishing a Program Office to define, standardize, and optimize global strategic processes that drive performance and add measurable value across the enterprise.

 

This results-driven Supply Chain Specialist role support key strategic programs with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance supplier performance, manage procurement risks, and streamline global procurement operations. This position is responsible for communicating with people throughout the organization, be able to solve problems and analyze data, and be adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks.

 

This position requires a proactive problem solver who is comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.

Essential duties:

  • Data Management and Analysis
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain procurement-related databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards to measure and monitor procurement performance.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement programs and initiatives.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, including leadership teams.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to drive operational efficiency and enhance supplier performance.

  • Technology and System Implementation
  • Support the implementation and integration of new procurement systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of technology-driven processes.
  •  
  • Strategic Support and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with the direct procurement team, project managers, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks within the procurement process.
  • Communicate complex data and analysis findings in a clear and concise manner to drive informed decision-making.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

 

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or purchasing roles.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, database management, and reporting tools.
