JOB SUMMARY

Working under consultative direction and with supervision of the TS Supervisor, providing administrative and Service Max activities in the territory of his responsibility.

Works with commercial and tech support direction according to regional needs. Part of the primary team for the sale of software solutions.  Utilizing specialized knowledge and technologies will perform a broad range of tasks, beyond routine in nature, which may include research, architecture planning, analysis, testing, support, training, and implementation of information technology solutions.  This position will work independently and in a team environment to meet various customer requests. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Development of internal projects that help maintain the service quality of the Technical Service Department, such as: Tool Calibration, Spare Part destruction, Spare Part Devolution, Spare Part Forecast, etc.
• Order Spare Parts using our local CRM (SAP)
• Follow up of completion on Field Actions sent by Quality and Global Services.
• Follow up on complaints.
• Train new FSE in SvMx
• Be the point of communication in the Region for SvMx SOP
• Help in SvMx Support for the Region in Direct and Distributor Markets
• Create and drive local audits on the TS field team using SvMx
• Create a pm schedule on the SvMx
• Drive and improve local KPIs
• Follow up on the correct movement and allocation of equipment.
• Manage local trunk stock and TBCT Office inventory with the filed team and local supervision.
• Work with all distributors and their requirements such as calendar completion and fix reports will al signature requirements
• Build and maintain the acquisition of support equipment to attend market requirements on existing and new accounts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Knowledge necessary to perform at this level is generally high school diploma or GED plus knowledge acquired through a Technical Degree and 2-4 years experience of servicing equipments (desirable).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Requires the ability to carry out the physical requirements of the job including physical transport, lifting, pulling, twisting and operation of equipment.

May be required to work on other shifts and/or willing to be “on call” as needed.
