Product Marketing Manager – Therapeutic Apheresis Column


Provides leadership for a new product launch and product management within a business.  Sets strategic direction and objectives for the product in EMEA, with review and approval by top business management.  Develops and implement effective sales tools and programs and in problem resolution for a successful product launch in key focused countries.



  • Leads the development of Go-To-Market plan for a new product launch, ensure the translation of customer objectives, needs and problems into commercial objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure launch readiness across all functions.  Leads coordinative efforts with global, regional and country cross-functional teams, including sales ,medical affairs, market access, government affairs, and regulatory, and other functional areas.
  • Development of marketing, promotional and pricing strategies. 
  • Development, execution and implementation of sales tools and launch program materials for key launch countries
  • In collaboration with Sales Training, implementing sales training strategies and tools  
  • Responsible for supporting sales department in sales and market share goals for the launch. Establishes

marketing/sales operating policies and procedures. Directs the collection and analysis of competitor information, tracking of sales

  • Market development - develop and support KOL management plan in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Market Access, providing direction to sales consultants and sales management, and coordinating the various functional teams needed to successfully support the regional sales effort
  • Serves as prime contact and external spokesperson for the organization on significant marketing or sales and marketing programs and related matters.



  • Manages the strategic development of the Go-to-Market plan, management & drives execution of marketing activities in EMEA for the new product launch.
  • Responsible for new product offering, market share/penetration, segmentation, pricing strategies in alignment with Global imperatives.
  • Manages the value proposition canvas aimed at ensuring quick and qualitative transfer for direct and indirect sales resources.
  • As per the Go-To-Market plan, aim at full alignment with cross functional departments such as regulatory, medical affairs, market access, sales, sales training, operations.
  • Seeks constant synergy opportunities and cross-pollination in terms of the total TBCT offering.
  • Provides strategic direction (data driven, business case methodology) to EMEA leadership & upstream marketing in terms of newly defined growth opportunities impacting our current offering.
  • Establishes market strategies that disrupt historic buyer conventions or product/service perceptions.
  • Helps establishing KPIs/ metrics to marketing effectiveness and impact on revenue, market share, prices, customer satisfaction, lead generation.
  • Works closely with global marketing to successfully identify business opportunities and develop support tools and new programs in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Maintains ongoing contacts  with key customers, accounts and KOL’s, representatives of professional organizations with whom the business is affiliated, and professional/management levels within the business.
  • Provides appropriate feedback from geographies to support product design, functionality, translation priorities, sales force collaterals, and customer communication material to insure effectiveness.
  • Development of marketing plan,  and/or product enhancements, ensuring proper positioning strategies. Lead pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.







Background in Health Sciences or Engineering with Oncology experiences preferred.  Master’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.



Minimum 8 years experience in marketing in pharmaceutical or health care with oncology experience preferred

Minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry

An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.



Reporting to:  TS Senior Manager, Global Clinical Marketing with dotted lines to EMEA Regional Marketing Director and TS Sr. Marketing Manager
