SUMMARY

As an intern in our marketing department, you will support the Marketing Managers for the Global Blood Solutions Segment business in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). You will learn how to take full ownership of the marketing process in this area (from data gathering to marketing effectiveness) and be in charge for developing and rolling out strategies in the Europe, Middle East and Africa market. Your primary focus will be to support Terumo BCT in keeping his market leading position in the blood centers industry and supporting the role-out of new products and projects.

You will have a direct impact on sales including new product launches and protecting/extending the core business via the implementation of marketing strategies, programs and pricing strategies. You will work closely together with the sales organization, by providing direction and develop strategies to successfully identify and secure growth opportunities, providing support tools and new marketing programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 

  • Provide support to marketing manager in market analysis, promotional material development, webinar execution, launch execution, sales team training, sales tools usage evaluation providing direction to sales specialists and sales management and coordinating the various functional teams needed to successfully support the regional sales effort.
  • Support annual plan process and establishing metrics for marketing effectiveness and impact on revenue, market share, prices, customer satisfaction, lead generation.
  • Assist in OPEX management.
  • Provides appropriate feedback from geographies to support product design, functionality, translation priorities, sales force collaterals, and customer communication material to ensure effectiveness.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education and experience

  • Degree, Education in Business, Marketing
  • Prior internships, experience working in business environment preferred
