Marketing Communications Manager



JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for developing, executing and measuring marketing and communication strategies, programs and campaigns using omni-channel approach depending on business need and customer segment.  This role will need to understand business area strategies and objectively evaluate and communicate cross-business constraints, requirements, risks and opportunities and execution against measured results. Additionally, this role will support and execute regional corporate communication initiatives, event management and new digital marketing initiatives.




  • Responsible for defining and delivering regional multichannel marketing and communications programs for different market segments based on product/region marketing strategies and in line with company strategy to drive short and long term business objectives.
  • Partner to provide regional inputs to develop global marketing communications materials
  • Collaborate with TBCT Corporate Communications team as well as regional marketing teams to execute PR and thought leadership campaigns to build TBCT brand.
  • End to end development and execution of select EMEA tradeshows and events, in partnership with EMEA trade show manager and local sales and marketing.
  • Drive customer experience and relationships across the customer lifecycle by managing and contributing to the company’s digital presence including website, mobile, social media company pages, blogs and forms, etc.
  • Advise and implement digital communication techniques such as SEO, Google Adwords to support attracting new customers.
  • Develop and execute integrated content marketing  strategies
  • Work cross functionally with TBCT BAs to define and execute co-marketing programs.
  • Prioritize, implement and manage projects in line with business priorities and work cross functionally with various departments to execute.
  • Lead projects of considerable complexity that affect the business, and where errors in judgment and decision making could result in failure to achieve goals critical to market share objectives, product marketability, and business profitability.
  • Ensure corporate and product brand guidelines are used in marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all applicable marketing, advertising, promotional, training and support materials are in line with the Customer facing Material Change Process (CMCP) in order to ensure that these are developed, approved, released and controlled consistently in all languages.
  • Partner with product management and regional marketing teams to translate customer objectives, needs and problems into communication concepts.
  • Provide direction on the design and implementation of customer communication materials to ensure brand and messaging consistency.
  • Create and implement programs to track effectiveness of marketing communications programs
  • Forecast and meets project deadlines. Take the initiative to report on project status; anticipate and alert manager and internal customers of potential project difficulties.







Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.



  • Proven track record in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, corporate communications, journalism or related field (Minimum 5 years experience)
  • Relevant global marketing, communication, journalism, digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in medical device/ healthcare industry
  • Experience in corporate marketing communication environment is preferred
