JOB SUMMARY

Logistics Analyst EMEA is responsible for supporting all aspects of shipping routes and delivery. As a logistic analyst, customer satisfaction is key priority, considering that our products are saving lives. Additionally, he or she is well-versed in supply management principles and practices. He/she should work proactively as well as respond immediately to logistics complaints. He/she is responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

He/she should help lead Logistics projects and actively contribute to activities related of process efficiency, cost reduction, performance optimization, data management, etc.

This role requires partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders within EMEA and working closely with the Global Team and counterparts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics

  • Support intercompany shipments flow from other regions outside EMEA – Inbound flow activities include monitoring of incoming shipments into Belgium and Spain, make sure all documents are available for import clearance process, coordinate deliveries with our Freight Forwarders and 3PLs.
  • Support all activities related to our Outbound flow related to track and trace of shipments, coordination with LSP on truck needs, special booking for deliveries, etc.)
  • Help us support the process for insurance claims/liability claims on inventory shrinkage (stock damage, loss, etc. by service providers).
  • Support our internal teams with Spot Quote with our different carriers for global lanes
  • Support process of monitoring electronic communication between SAP and the warehouse (IDOCS) as well as communication from warehouses towards carriers.
  • Support activities related to compliance of our products and flow (temperature controlled, Dangerous goods shipments, etc).
  • Produce Supply Chain KPl's on cost, volume, quality, service levels (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc).

Analysis

  • Support in providing and sharing reports on transport and warehouses (daily, weekly, & monthly)
  • Contribute and drive various ad hoc projects, drop shipments costs comparison and transport exception handling.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Student of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field or Recent bachelor’s degree graduate

Experience

- Knowledge in logistics/freight/warehousing.

- Knowledge of data analysis tools.

- Excel, user with the ability to analyze and manipulate data in Excel and provide meaningful information.

  • Full time Student role
  • Possible immediate start on a 20h/week contract, full-time contract from July to September, with potential extension.
