JOB SUMMARY

The medical affairs intern supports the global medical affairs department. The intern will be trained and function as a core member of the team. The intern will assist the MSL’s in their daily activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Assisting the MSL’s in providing accurate, fair-balanced, evidence-based information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Search and critically evaluate published and unpublished clinical data.
  • Organize and manage educational events
  • Help in the preparation of One pagers, Power Presentations.
  • Help in administrative tasks in educational events (discussions with KOLs, contracts preparation)
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and build relationships across departments and functions (e.g. health economics, marketing, clinical affairs)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

Student Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), or Medical Doctor (MD), or equivalent of education

 

Experience

Internship

  • Have the ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex scientific or medical information and data. 
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills; he or she also has the ability to work well in teams and present ideas clearly and concisely.
