JOB SUMMARY
The Connectivity Solutions Consultant is responsible for identifying opportunities to maximize the value of the company's connectivity and data analysis solutions. This role focuses on leveraging data to provide responses and solutions for external and internal customers, enhancing their experience, fostering loyalty, protecting market share, and driving direct sales. Working under general supervision and reporting to the SWS Commercial Manager, this role requires strong analytical thinking, project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Identify and develop business opportunities to enhance the utilization of connectivity and data analysis solutions.
- Analyze customer and market data to provide insights that drive business decisions and customer engagement.
- Support customers in implementing data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Assist the sales team by providing actionable insights based on customer data and market trends.
- Support the development of data-driven insights to improve customer experience and retention.
- Promote service-based solutions as value-added offerings beyond traditional product sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive service adoption and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and expand service offerings based on customer needs and market feedback.
- Provide training and consultation to customers on best practices for data utilization.
- Ensure the successful execution of data analysis projects and service delivery to clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact, sharing insights with internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and expand service offerings based on customer needs and market feedback.
- Provide pre-sales analytical support by identifying data-driven value propositions for clients in coordination with the sales team.
- Conduct customer training and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on data interpretation, service value, and best practices.
- Participate in customer feedback loops and business reviews, ensuring continuous improvement of data-driven service offerings.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to optimize service commercialization efforts.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and establish professional networks.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and continuous improvement of service offerings.
- Generate reports on key performance metrics, customer feedback, and service adoption trends.
- Develop customer-facing reports and presentations to enhance business performance visibility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Equivalent education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job may be considered.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in Data Management, Data Science, and/or Project Management will be considered a differential.
- English: advanced level
- Portuguese: would be considered a differential
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, data analysis, or project management.
- Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or technology industry.

- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
