JOB SUMMARY
- Manage preparation of validation/implementation and troubleshooting projects of Terumo BCT's technology platforms throughout designated region
- Manage and design customer’s process optimization to ensure a smooth, fast and efficient transfer of technology from pre-sales to routine use at customer sites
- Act as a regional product expert for training and signing-off internal and external associates
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for successful validations and implementations in EMEA.
- Manage product and process training and sign-off cycle in EMEA for internal and external associates on multiple levels (operational and implementation) and ensure field readiness to train customers
- Support commercial organization to build customized customer trainings and presentation
- Responsible for second-line operational and process troubleshooting for respective platforms in EMEA. Work cross functionaly with global training support and quality to investigate and resolve customer issues as necessary
- Actively contribute to the development of marketing plans, strategies and promotional materials by platform
- Provide input into global training design and development
- Deliver services which may include consultancy to end customer, perform customer processes analysis and provide corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency
- Develop and design customer performance excellence to optimize customer processes at target customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in EMEA as local sales organization, marketing, software solutions, technical service, etc to ensure successful and timely mannered project deployment.
- Provide input to launch new products to the market ( operational design inputs, support validation process, implementation support post CE-validations, clinical trials and marketing trials, assist in reviews of manuals and training material).
- Maintain blood and transfusion industry expertise and knowlegde of industry trends
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
University background in Life Sciences or Engineering or equivalent by experience
Experience
- A first work experience in a similar role/ related industry
- Knowledge of the medical device sector
