To develop and implement brand marketing plan and activities. To lead align and coordinate cross function collaboration and communication to drive business progress.


  • Collect and analyze the market share, market conditions and competitive information to adjust marketing strategies
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans for responsible products incl. new product launch, promoting, sales tools and marketing campaign
  • Define complete Go-To-Market plan of strategy and execution
  • Develop the value proposition based on product features and benefits, segmentation & targeting and positioning
  • Develop & test product concept for China and justify the plan of new product development
  • Organize and support the marketing activities such as round table meeting, seminars and conferences
  • Closely communicate with internal depts, APAC and global headquarter              
  • Provide timely and professional support for customers, build relationship with KOLs
  • Prvot to drive the cross-function collaboration to move projects forward.
  • Liaise with Sales, Clinical support and Service to ensure the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop/execute annual meeting, operation plan such as semiar, conference and training etc.



  • Bachelor degree majored in medical, marketing , business or related 正规院校本科毕业,医学、市场、商科或其他相关专业



  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry具备在医药行业的相关工作经验
  • 3-5 year experience in pharm area 3-5年医药市场经验
  • Result-oriented with creativity, flexibility and willing to change 以结果为目标,富有创新精神,灵活,愿意接受挑战
  • Understand marketing mechanisms in medical industry and able to implement them to brand strategy 了解医疗市场运作机制,并能应用到产品策略中

  • Mature ability on independent working, organizing, communication and coordination 成熟的独立工作、组织、沟通和协调能力
  • A good team player and active in communication 有团队精神,积极主动进行内外部沟通
  • Excellent computer literate, esp. PPT and Excel 熟练应用电脑常用办公软件,尤其是PPTExcel
  • Fluent English communication both in verbal and written 优秀的英语听说读写译能力
