Working under direction from EMEA Sales Management Therapeutics Systems and the Russia/CIS Sales Consultant,  is responsible to support therapeutic business in designated area, through:

  • Ensuring a smooth, fast and efficient transfer of technology to routine use at customer sites
  • Leading implementation of Terumo BCT's technology platforms throughout designated region
  • Providing customer training and support
  • Provide support in Identifying Single Sales Opportunities



  • Accountable for implementation and routine use of designated products throughout designated region
  • Responsible for application support from pre- sales to routine use of assigned technologies at customer site in close collaboration with distributor to ensure seamless integration within the commercial priorities
  • Provide implementation support for evaluations, validations, clinical & marketing studies with the aim of demonstrating competitive advantages or market acceptance of the product
  • Execute effective transfer of knowledge to customers during trainings at the customer site and at centrally organized trainings for groups of users
  • Provide on-call and on-site problem solving support related to assigned technologies
  • Maintain high level of product knowledge/ be an expert in the technology and successfully demonstrate systems to customers
  • Input in development & implementing of new customer training and  implementation tools & processes (e.g. e-tools for customer trainings)
  • During customer facing exercises, provide value based product information focusing on our differentiators and maximizing the utilization rate
  • Perform ongoing market assessment and customer specific technical needs, problems, and opportunities to increase commercial impact
  • Ensure frequent communication and input to the distributors to assure follow-up of identified sales leads
  • Identify the need for, and provides input to, improvements in protocols developed to support the use of Terumo BCT devices and applications
  • Provides input/feedback to marketing and product management to recommend changes in product design, manufacturing, quality and any other aspect of the product or service
  • Responsible for conducting in-service training
  • design the solution: Create solutions arround the product, model the value proposition, validate with different stakeholders in the sales process. Construct the product differentiators to support the distributors sales team.






  • University background in Life Sciences or Engineering or equivalent by experience
  • PhD degree is considered an additional asset



  • A first work experience in a similar role/ related industry
  • Knowledge of the medical device sector
  •  Experience understanding business products & therapy applications

  • This position will be based in Russia, preferably Moscow
  • This position will report to the Sales Consultant Russia/CIS
  • Frequent travelling (up to 70%)
