BCS Account Manager Russia & CIS

 

JOB SUMMARY

  • Develop the market for BCS businesses in territory
  • In association with the distributors’ sales forces, to drive the utilization of BCS products
  • Accountable for BCS sales, training & application support
  • Without significant direction, planning & organizing own activities in coordination with Terumo BCT distributors

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for training new field sales people
  • Responsible for the coordination of implementations

 

MARKET DEVELOPMENT

  • Generate necessary sales to meet or exceed sales goals. Coordinate activities with the distributor and the internal sales organization.
  • Generate demand for BCS products from end-users
  • Distribute information pertaining to our products to the distributor and the end users. Responsible for training of the distributor and end customers
  • Develop and implement strategies and programs in conjunction with BCS marketing, ensuring coordination with other business areas, corporate sales management and the distributor(s)
  • Responsible for the pricing strategy
  • Is responsible for the preparation of tender technical specifications
  • In association with the distributor and the Terumo BCT Country Manager Russia, provide weekly and monthly activity plans
  • Track and analyze progress and trends, document monthly sales and inventory forecast, provide monthly forecast updates and prepare annual territory sales plan
  • Generate and drive Scientific presentations and develop KOL management

 

ADMINISTRATION/INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

  • Manage budget and expenses, adhere to company policies and communicate effectively with EMEA corporate and field personnel

     

 

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

  • Continuously increase and sharpen therapy and technical knowledge as well as persistently developing selling, negotiating and presentation skill
     

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

Master's Degree or PhD in a life science

 

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience in Life Sciences industry, preferably in medical devices
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience understanding business products and therapy applications
  • Demonstrated advanced selling skills and sales techniques

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • The position will be based in Russia
  • This position will report directly to the Country Manager Russia, CIS & CEE
  • Frequent travelling (up to 70%)
