JOB SUMMARY

Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction according to Terumo BCT policies and processes.  This position report directly to Customer Service Coordinator _Mexico.

Customer Service including Order-to-Cash (OTC) sales order entry and fulfillment processes, invoicing, returns, and customer complaint handling, document support, Improvement process.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Customer service to external customers and to Internal Technical Service.
  • Daily reception and process of customer orders to achieve On Time deliveries, and according to customer Shipping. Instructions.(all type of orders, sales, free of charge, consigments and  capital devices).
  • RAR Support, Sales Orders Vinculation with Contract: Placement, Service, sales.
  • Registration in SAP, Customer Contract.
  • Responsible for the completion of Delivery request and coordination with the 3PL. (PARSER).
  • Daily invoicing of Sales Orders, credit and montly reconciliation of documents vs transactions.
  • Support SaleForce CS, case creation for credits or customers concerns, document support and close the case with the corresponding approval.
  • Maintains quality and frequent communication with the supervisor.

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support inventory plan,  fluent and procative communication  to prevent back orders, customer issues or inventory challenges.
  • Ensures transaction completion and documents support for auditory of movement of goods and traceability, and according to Inventory Management Policy, Customer Orders document, instructions, invoice, free of charges pprovals, etc.
  • Back up  Capital Device transactions in SAP  and coordination with Finance, and delivery to the customers.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

Business

Intermediate English.

Native Spanish

Experience

3 years in Customer Service, preference in Medical products.

Knowledge in invoicing and CFDI version 3.3  

Knowledge in the  inventory management, carriers and 3PL interaction.

SAP system expertise  

Excellent Office managemnt. Excel.

Skills

Efective interpersonal Comunication.

Service vocation, Proactive, motivated, analitic and precise.

Flexible, ability to organize and prioritize the work.

Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively
