JOB TITLE: HR Senior Staff – Vietnam Manufacturing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•    Mainly or partly take care for the monthly salary calculation and payment for TBV associates.
•    Make and summarize quarterly performance appraisal with each Head of Dept for raising salary based on performance in last year.
•    Update promoted position status from level staff to staff, from worker to leader, from leader to supervisor, and others
•    Maintain a high level of internal client service and expert performances in the areas of local labor ordinance, pension scheme, recruitment, associate relations, risk mitigation, benefits provision, training and development and other human resource functions.
•    Participates in projects, or segments of projects, assuring their integration with Human Resources, the business, and corporation as appropriate.
•    Works closely with Terumo BCT human resource to ensure local implementation of corporate policies and procedures and ensures consistent application.
•    Implements modifications and changes to human resource programs, at the country level. 
•    Assures Human Resources practices, including compensation and benefits are competitive within the local and regional market place and cost effective.
•    Runs internal communication programs in partnership with Corporate Communications for all area associates to include corporate as well as regional messages, issues and initiatives.
•    Ensures that organization and employee-related records, data, documents are accurate, accessible and secure and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations. 
•    Assists with the preparation of annual staff budget, headcount planning and yearly budgeting process.
•    Play and take care overall scopes of C&B function, reports, including but not limit with all kinds of Insurance service, Tax related and all other benefit programs for associates.
•    Be ready to play the back-up and/or supports recruiting and staffing programs to ensure that adequate and appropriate talent is available to meet operational objectives.
•    Supporting for Learning & Development activities when assigned and needed

REQUIREMENTS:•    University graduated
•    English skill: Good at both speaking and writing
•    Detailed person with high responsibility and qualified service oriented
•    Ability to work under high pressure and good at problem solving
•    Dynamic, creativity and willing to learn, passion to grow
•    3 - 5 years of experiences in Human Resources field in a manufacturing or similar environment.
•    Experience in Labor Contract management, Compensation & Benefit management, Social Insurance management, Payroll calculation and payment
•    Having good background at Labor Laws
•    Experience and passion in cultural activities/events
•    Experience in other HR scopes is valued added

•    Working hour: 8 AM -  4:30 PM
•    Work location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai
•    Shuttle bus: HCMC, Bien Hoa
