Responsible for providing high-level, as well as detailed, quantitative and qualitative analytical support, including planning, reporting and specific project analysis.  This position will support the Operations, Corporate Finance and/or Sales and Marketing teams, as well as providing assistance to the Corporate Forecast, Planning, and Analysis Group.



  • Analyzes, identifies, and communicates trends and issues impacting the business on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations, as appropriate.
  • Converts financial analysis to effective reports to help management understand business performance and guide decision making.
  • Creates various business models and tools to drive business results.
  • Assists in planning and execution of the forecast process, works cross-functionally and cross-geographies to gather forecast information, compiles and analyzes forecast information, develops recommendations for improved financial performance, completes the forecast process, and prepares final reports and communication materials.
  • Works with business leaders to develop a five year strategic plan and associated financial forecast
  • Contributes to planning and execution of the annual budget process, works cross-functionally and cross-geographies to gather budget information, compiles and analyzes budget information, develops recommendations for improved financial performance, completes the budget process, and prepares final reports and communication materials.
  • Provides backup/cross training of Business Area Manager duties.
  • Supports the Business Area Finance Managers with financial reporting, analysis, forecast, budget, and special project responsibilities.
  • Develops and analyzes complex pricing scenarios and business cases- previous experience with pricing a plus
  • Works with const center owners to plan, forecast and analyze operating expenses on a monthly basis
  • Will collaborate with business area leaders to develop actionable operational/financial dashboards to evaluate the business against strategic goals and short term targets




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
  • An advanced degree such as an MBA preferred.


  • Minimum 7 years experience.
  • Experience in financial forecasting and planning including managing the forecast or planning process, working cross-functionally resolving forecast/budget issues, driving a forecast/plan process to closure, analysis of forecast/plan results, and effective communication of completed forecast/plan results.
  • Evaluating processes and developing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Previous experience with incentive compensation and commission tracking and calculations a plus
  • Proven experience interacting with business area leads and cross functional teams on special projects


  • Demonstrated ability to write executive reports, commentary and develop PowerPoint decks for management.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles.  Understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi task, work in an independent manner and seek assistance as needed.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex financial information and deliver conclusions and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Expert analytical, spreadsheet and modeling sills.  Proven ability to develop complex financial models.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Proven ability to develop complex financial models.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective leadership skills with proven ability to lead processes
  • Professional approach to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of corporate management.
  • Skilled at working with financial accounting systems such as SAP; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with business analytics tools such as MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.
