JOB TITLE: Integration Manager – Therapeutic Systems

 

JOB SUMMARY

Provides technical leadership and support to customers  to ensure clinical and commercial readiness for adoption of software solutions.  Exercises considerable judgment in determining objectives and approaches that will meet Tissue Collection customer’s needs.  Develops, validates, and/or delivers value-added services to customers to enable integration of manufacturing solutions to blood manufacturing.  

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build confidence with customers in implementing Stafa CT, nCartes and Veda Solutions into cell and tissue manufacturing. Help customer identify new solutions and strategies to mitigate process risks.
  • Strong understanding of cell and tissue collection and manufacturing and evolving technologies to analyze manufacturing processes and help assess process risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as technical consultant to facilitate integration of solutions and technologies in the tisshe and cell collection space.
  • Stay current on guidelines for manufacturing; guidance documents, advisory committees, industry standards and trends.
  • Development of new and updated value-added service offers through close collaboration with cross-functional partners (ranging from drafting procedures, documentation, qualification, and validation) to support customers.
  • Work in close collaboration with customers to review their existing documentation and develop customized protocols to support validation plans, standards operating procedures for processes, equipment qualification.
  • Keep up with new technology and support Terumo BCT portfolio awareness in the field by going to congresses, and giving external presentations to customers, in workshops or congresses as needed.
  • Provides excellent project management using appropriate tools for effective organization.
  • Support integration of new Sales Associates.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • RN, MT(ASCP), Project Management, LEAN Six Sigma certification preferred

 

Experience

  • 10 years in Tissue and/or Cell Collection and Processing
  • Optia Cell Collection experience preferred

Equipment

  • Knowledge necessary to work in Microsoft applications, interfaces, and databases.

Target Pay Range:  $128,000.00 to $160,000.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  15.0%
