JOB TITLE: Global CRM Manager, Sales Enablement

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Global Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) main responsibility is the deployment, development, maintenance, administration, and optimization of the Salesforce.com platform.

He or she will do this by owning, maintaining, updating and management of execution towards the global Salesforce.com roadmap which supports and enables commercial operations in realizing company strategic imperatives.    

 

Working across the organization, the candidate will be the global Salesforce.com product owner directing ITS on development efforts and prioritizing CRM tickets.  The candidate must have a working knowledge of business processes employed in Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and other functions using the CRM platform as well as a good understanding of corresponding systems. Working knowledge of IT systems, databases and the backend data sources available to the end user through a CRM.

 

This position will support the Latin America and North America sales organization with Salesforce training and end user support. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with the 5 regions and business areas to assess, prioritize, and share best practices between regions and to drive consistent use that reflects a global process when appropriate.
  • Establishes and leads cross-functional governance council to prioritize, ensure alignment and unite different users around a common Salesforce.com platform.
  • Works with the IT Salesforce team as the Product Owner in the AGILE process. This includes attending Pre-Sprint planning, Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-up meetings to help prioritize epics/stories, clarify requirements and provide communication to all stakeholders impacted by the changes to the Salesforce.com system.
  • Has a cross-functional role to ensure user requests for enhancements/defects are properly prioritized and effectively communicates to all stakeholders gaining input and alignment.  Effective communication with requestors and stakeholders is a key to the success of this function
  • Is the subject matter expert and trainer for Salesforce.com helping teams to manage the business through development of reports and other tools, with a focus on North and Latin America but global representative as needed. Examples include pipeline, open quotes, new opportunities, recent activities, maintaining contacts and meeting notes and properly communicating tips and tricks.
  • Works with Master Data, Customer Support & Sales Operations to ensure that the data that is in SAP is correctly reflected in Salesforce. Must have a complete understanding of SAP master data and the alignments of data to make correct decisions in Salesforce design.
  • Has an expert level knowledge of what is available from Salesforce.com as well as from other vendors using the Salesforce platform to meet those needs. (examples are Reference Edge, Cliq Tools Survey system for Customer Support, Service Max, Addition of Controlled publications for Legal/regulatory team, Showpad, Highspot training application)
  • Works with internal stakeholders to identify how Salesforce can support their needs and address gaps in their processes. Including, but not limited to Regional Sales teams, Marketing functions, Regulatory and Quality. Develops potential solutions based on business/regional needs that can be developed into CRM applications.
  • Working with regional salesforce.com analysts/support, ensures global consistency with training, adoption and use.
  • Partner with business process owners to create training that addresses behavioral, workflow and technical changes.
  • Holds regular calls with the Salesforce.com vendor representative and our IT representative to ensure that we are current with the platform and understand our options.  Communicates to internal stakeholders effectively to ensure awareness and supporting decision making
  • Works with Learning and Development (L&D) as the content expert to develop on-line training curriculum. Works with Regional Trainers to ensure their competence to train and support users in their regions.
  • Provides updates on Salesforce changes and Tips on Use by email, Chatter and in live meetings to drive better utilization and understanding.
  • Updates and maintains the FAQ TBCT Salesforce Support Site – ensuring that end users have a reference that assists them in using Salesforce effectively.
  • Track correct use of Salesforce.com according to global guidelines, by monitoring and regular feedback to users and senior management. Explore, propose ideas to increase user adoption.
  • Completes User Testing on enhancements and changes made to the CRM to ensure that the changes made meet the established requirements
  • Provides demonstrations or sets up/attends a demonstration of Salesforce functionality to key stakeholders when changes are made to ensure the changes meet their needs/requirements

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

 

Experience

  • Experience of 8 years in a similar role preferably in a healthcare industry, at least 3 years working with sales and/or marketing teams. Experience in Sales and Marketing with customer focus is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Management Systems (ERP, CRM’s …)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Travel frequency 10% (US, Latin America and global at times)

 

Target Pay Range:  $89,200.00 to $111,500.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  10.0%
