SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT BENELUX

 

JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision of the Country Manager Benelux and France, this part-time associate (50%) will ensure a proper flow of service contracts and supports particular functions of sales and field service by providing a high level of administrative expertise. Your customers will be primarily internal although there will be external activity organizing sales events and meetings and follow-up of questions from customers. You will provide a highly professional, written and verbal service, while having an excellent knowledge of all product offerings. Your excellent organizational skills and flexibility in your approach will make sure that you will be able to provide thorough administrative support to the service and commercial teams.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS

  • Ensure a proper follow-up of service contracts: checking contract end dates, prepare new contracts, add changes to the existing contracts, follow up on PO’s, communication with customers and working closely with Master Data and Customer Care team.
  • Contact with customers: follow-up on ad hoc questions of potential customers by working closely with the Customer Care team and sales associates, preparing and collecting necessary documents for tenders, check prize quotations.
  • Follow-up on contract indexation beginning of each new calendar year
  • Support training process of the Account managers: prepare training booklets, record trainings, arrange the logistics of the trainings.
  • Organization of sales events or meetings: taking care of the logistics (meeting rooms, hotels, catering, invites, attendees…), ordering materials and follow-up on registration documents.
  • Report accordingly to the Belgium law on Be-Transparent website all expenses invested by Terumo BCT to support healthcare professionals.
     

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

Requires a minimum of a secretarial degree or similar through experience.

 

Experience

2 years experience in office administration in a multinational company.

  • Requires excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

  • Work schedule: 50% (parttime)
