EMEA Sales & Customer Operations Project Specialist

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales & Customer Operations Project Specialist works under supervision of the Director Sales and Customer Operations EMEA to create, manage, coordinate, and successfully execute plans and projects to support commercial operations process optimization and Information Technology related activities.

He/she will lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving IT, Supply Chain, Service, Customer Care, Master Data, finance...

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Lead x-Functional Projects that support the commercial operations organization (Customer Care, Technical Service (Field & Bench), Field and Software Support…), mainly related to processes (improvement & design), Analytics & Reporting and Systems.
    • Lead x-functional projects requiring data management, system deployment/interfacing and process development/review, like:
      • EDI implementation and roll-out
      • UDI / EUDAMED compliance
      • Data integrity and cleansing
    • Lead and/or support EMEA Commercial projects/initiatives requiring or involving process optimization
    • Support Global Services initiatives
      • Service Contracts management and reporting
      • Device Install base management
      • Spare Parts
    • Provide the commercial operations with the appropriate data/report from systems (ServiceMax, SFDC, SAP…) driving decision making process (KPI’s, metrics…)
  • In the perspective of the above-mentioned projects, be the EMEA business interface for commercial IT projects with Global IT
    • Project request definition, project roll-out and follow up, interaction with service provider…
  • Support the deployment and further evolution of the Global Service Management System (ServiceMax) in EMEA. In that context collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Analyst in charge of the CRM system support in EMEA (SFDC)

 

  • Participate to specific forums upon request like Sales meetings, Project group meetings and others as per the needs.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other sales operations departments in case of specific needs or workload spikes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers, stakeholders in EMEA and other regions in Terumo BCT in different time zones.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

Min. Bachelor. Equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

 

Experience

  • Experience of 5 years in a similar role preferably in a healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Management Systems (ERP, CRM’s, Service Management System …)

Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage multiple projects and project teams
  • Presentation skills
  • Analytical skills, efficient and focused on the goal
  • Strong process oriented in compliance with company processes
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use “positive language”
  • understand markets dynamics and trends, customer and sales needs
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, sharepoint and/or Team…)
  • Eagerness to constantly learn and explore better ways of working
  • Excellent Team player in a multicultural environment
  • Tenacity / Ownership / Adaptability / Flexibility
  • English language as a minimum
  • Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • International work experience preferable with US based company
